Basic requirements before booking a campervan with Iberia Campervans.

Key Points:

• Minimum rental period: 3 days*
• Maximum rental period: 90 days
• Minimum age: 25 years
• Valid driver's license required (minimum 2 years)

How rental payments are handled.

Key Points:

• 50% payment at booking for bookings from €1000
• 100% payment at booking for bookings below €1000
• Remaining balance is paid on the day of pickup
• Payment method: bank transfer

Security deposit and cancellation conditions.

Key Points:

• Security deposit: €900, refundable after return
• Cancellation must be made 50 days in advance for a full refund

Rules for using the campervan during the rental.

Key Points:

• Maximum occupancy: As specified per vehicle
• No smoking inside the vehicle
• Pets allowed with prior approval at no extra fee
• The vehicle must be returned clean or the cleaning fee will apply
• Off-road driving is prohibited

Insurance and support included with the rental.

Key Points:

• Comprehensive damage coverage
• Standard excess: €900
• Insurance included in all rental prices
• Roadside assistance 24/7
• Glass coverage included

Pickup and return times must be coordinated with our team.

Key Points:

• Pickup time: From 9:00 AM with advance notice
• Return time: The day of the return, before 8:00 PM with advance notice

The vehicle must be returned ready for inspection.

Key Points:

• Return with full fuel tank
• Grey water tank emptied and cleaned
• Toilet emptied and cleaned
• Clean water tank refilled
• Damage assessment upon return
