Important information regarding your campervan rental with us
1. Rental Agreement
These terms govern your campervan rental with Iberia Campervans. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with all conditions outlined herein.
Key Points:
Minimum rental period: 3 days- Maximum rental period: 60 days
- Valid driver's license required (minimum 2 years)
- Minimum age: 25 years
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit and are subject to availability confirmation.
Key Points:
- 50% deposit for bookings from €500; below €500, 100% payment required
- Remaining balance is to be paid on the day of pickup
- Security deposit: €900 (refundable upon drop-off)
- All prices include insurance and VAT
- Cancellation must be made 30 days in advance for full refund
- Payment methods: Credit card or bank transfer
3. Vehicle Usage
The campervan must be used responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws.
Key Points:
- Maximum occupancy: As specified per vehicle
- No smoking inside the vehicle
- Pets allowed with prior approval (additional fee)
- Festival/event usage requires special approval
- Off-road driving is prohibited
4. Insurance & Liability
Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental, subject to excess charges.
Key Points:
- Third-party liability: €1,200,000
- Comprehensive damage coverage
- Standard excess: €900
- Insurance included in all rental prices
- Roadside assistance 24/7
- Glass and tire coverage included
5. Maintenance & Damages
The renter is responsible for the vehicle's condition during the rental period.
Key Points:
- Report any issues immediately
- Return vehicle in clean condition
- Damage assessment upon return
- Additional cleaning fee: €100 if required
- Mechanical issues: Contact support immediately
6. Pickup & Return
Vehicle pickup and return must be coordinated in advance with our team.
Key Points:
- Pickup time: Flexible between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Return time: The day of the return, before 8:00 PM
- Airport delivery: Available for additional fee
- Full tank policy: Return with full fuel tank
